Program One Includes:
• Two Lenders • Check in with Lender once a Week
• Send & Collect Short Sale Documents/Forms • Provide E-MAIL Update to Both Agents and Seller
• Communicate with Title Company
• Get Master Statement from Title
• Once a Negotiator is Assigned the Agent takes
over all negotiations and closing documents
• Submit a comprehensive package to the
lender.
• Provide a Tax Packet to Seller for CPA

Refer the seller to YPC get a 25% referral fee - we will handle everything.
If you know you are going to have a lot ofshortsales you can Pay $350.00 per month and once it closes pay a fee of .75% of the total purchase price. This could put 1000’s of dollars back in your pocket. If you want more monthly & less percentage call us we can work it out.
