YPC will pay you $100 at the close of escrow if :  1) We fail to return your message within 24 hours (1 business day)

2) We do not give you weekly updates on the sale of your home.

  We will get you top dollar! Our track record and statistics prove it. We will never play the bait & switch game of promising an unrealistic price just to get your listing. GUARANTEE: for every $5,000 we sell your home for, below the agreed-upon range, we will pay you 200.00 at the close of escrow up to a maximum of $1,000.

  When implementing a marketing plan to sell your home, you know in advance what will occur step by step and will receive weekly marketing updates. We also set a “target range” for the timing of the successful sale of the home.  GUARANTEE If we fail to get an acceptable offer within 60 days from the list date, we will pay you $100.00 at the close of escrow for each week after (up to a maximum of $1,000) based on our listing range. 

Everything stated about Your Property Connection and its agents is accurate and honest. GUARANTEE: If anyone can prove that the facts are inaccurate, we will pay $300.00 to your favorite charity at the close of escrow!

Any buyer presenting an offer on your home will be fully underwritten and approved. If we ever present an offer and you accept it, then they do not qualify for the loan that is on us. GUARANTEE: We will give you an additional 200.00 at the close of escrow.
